What is the story behind Vardhman Group
Vardhman Group was established by Mr. Jaychand Vaid as a wholesale cloth Merchant in 1969 at Raipur.
1977
In 1977, Jaychand Vaid initiated the construction business along with his younger brother Mr. Vimal Vaid, which gave birth to Vardhman Construction Co.
1979
In 1979, Mr. Jaychand Vaid constructed a petrol pump called Vardhman Highway Services.
1981
In 1981, a transport company in the name of Vimal Transport was established by Vasant Vaid, which has expanded over the years to a current fleet strength of over 100trucks.
1996
In 1996, FMCG Distribution network under the banner Kushal Agencies was established in Jodhpur by Mr. Praveer Vaid
1999
In 1999, the group took over the erstwhile Daewoo Dealership and the reins to the same were handed over to Mr. Siddharth Vaid and Mr. Digvijay Vaid
2003
In 2003, Mr. Siddharth Vaid and Mr. Digvijay Vaid were awarded the Dealership of General Motors Pvt. Ltd. for Chhattisgarh.
2004
In 2004, Mr. Vimal Vaid was awarded the Dealership of Ashok Leyland Ltd. for South Chhattisgarh.

In 2009, Siddharth Vaid was awarded the Dealership for Ford India Pvt. Ltd. for North Chhattisgarh.
2012
In 2012, Mr. Siddharth Vaid and Mr. Digvijay Vaid were awarded the Dealership of Vespa India for Chhattisgarh.
